This group covers Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and other Asian cuisines that are not Chinese, and the etiquette varies by kitchen. Japanese and Korean restaurants often take reservations for dinner and may add a service charge for large groups; Thai and Vietnamese spots are usually walk-in and quick-turnover. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Korean BBQ restaurants typically charge per person for all-you-can-eat service with a time limit, and grills are shared at the table. Vietnamese pho shops post bowl sizes (regular or large) and a plate of herbs, bean sprouts and lime is normal to add yourself. Card and tap-to-pay are widely accepted; cash-only is more common at small family-run counters.

With 4.2 out of 5 on Google from 37 reviews, it sits in the middle of the range for ramen in Long Beach. Recent reviews are the best guide.

Long Beach is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Long Beach follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Great food, great service, and even better hospitality! We stopped in for a late dinner right after a Long Beach Coast game, and we were so glad we did. The food was delicious, but what really stood out was the service. The staff was absolutely awesome and went above and beyond to make sure our child was taken care of. He was tired after a long day, and they did such a great job keeping him engaged and making him feel comfortable. That extra level of care really made a difference! The only drawback is that the seating isn’t the most comfortable, especially after a long day. But honestly, the food and service more than make up for it. Overall, a great experience, and we’ll definitely be back!

We stopped by HiroNori Craft Ramen in Long Beach and ordered the Shoyu Chicken Flavored Ramen. The broth was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balancedβ€”full of umami without being overly salty. The noodles had a great texture, and the fresh toppings complemented the ramen well. Even on a warm day, it was still a satisfying bowl that’s worth trying. If you’re in Long Beach and craving quality ramen, this is definitely a spot to visit.

I had a great experience here! The ramen broth was rich and flavorful, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. The staff was friendly and the service was quick, even though it was busy.

Okay I'll tell you why I gave it a three-star. I ordered a spicy tuna bowl and I am basically a spicy tuna freak. This bowl lacked flavor and was very bland. I kept asking for things to put in it to try and save it. I kept imagining what I could put in it at home such as seaweed and even mayo chili combo. My family had the Ramen noodles and loved it so my review is solely for the Spicy Tuna Bowl 🍜. Also chairs are uncomfortable 😣
